Program Description
The campaign may send recurring campaign-related SMS or MMS messages to registered voters using phone numbers they provided when registering to vote, and to people who affirmatively opt in through the campaign website. Messages may include campaign updates, volunteer opportunities, election information, event information, and other information related to the campaign.
Phone Number Source
Campaign text messages are sent to registered voters using phone numbers they provided when registering to vote.
You may also affirmatively opt in by checking the separate text-message consent box on the Get Involved form and providing a valid phone number.
Providing a phone number on a general contact, volunteer, contribution, endorsement, or survey form does not by itself sign you up for campaign text messages.
Consent
By affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring campaign text messages. Consent is not a condition of volunteering, making a contribution, or otherwise supporting the campaign.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional campaign text messages unless you later ask to receive them again.
